World — RoE

The map "World" is an extra-large 144 by 144 tile map for Restoration of Erathia, played with an underground level and rated Expert. It supports four players, with two seats open to human players at most, while Red and Blue are computer-only. Red plays Inferno and Blue plays Tower, and the other two seats take random factions. There are no teams. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player is eliminated after losing all towns and heroes. The terrain is mostly water at about 35 percent, followed by rock, grass and dirt. The map holds 36 towns, 11 placed heroes, and a Grail, along with five named artifacts such as Angel Wings and the Titan's Gladius. Wandering Battle Dwarves and Infernal Troglodytes are the most common monster stacks, and the map also has 128 mines and 17 monoliths and portals.
