Vasya returned is a large underground map measuring 108 by 108, rated for expert play and built for six players, up to four of them human, with the Blue and Tan colors left to the computer. The players form four teams and field Inferno, Conflux, Necropolis, Rampart, Dungeon, and Castle. The author's note, paraphrased here, describes an undead commander returning at an inconvenient moment, rebel elementals seeking control of the world, and portals opening onto a forest rich in treasure. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero. Rock and subterranean ground dominate the terrain, with lava and dirt alongside. The map holds 21 towns, 47 mines, 17 seer huts, and 13 monoliths and portals, plus placed artifacts such as the Cannon and the Crown of the Five Seas, and wandering Azure Dragons.
