The New Batch — AB
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
The New Batch is a medium 72 by 72 map for Armageddon's Blade on Normal difficulty, and it includes an underground level. Three players are placed, but only one can be human, so Blue and Purple are computer-controlled. Red and Purple take random factions, Blue plays Inferno, and there are no teams. The author presents the premise as a deliberately dubious mission whose goal is unclear. Water covers about 54 percent of the map, with dirt, subterranean and rough ground making up much of the rest. Eight towns, 31 mines, five creature banks and three seer huts are scattered across it, and wandering Gremlins, Titans and Chaos Hydras roam the land. Victory requires acquiring one specific artifact, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes.
