The Lord of Air — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
The Lord of Air is a large 108 by 108 surface map for Restoration of Erathia, rated hard, with no underground level. Four players take part, split into two teams, but only one seat is human; Red (Inferno), Tan (Necropolis) and Green (Fortress) are computer-controlled, while Purple plays a random faction. Victory requires transporting a specific artifact, and a player loses if a particular hero is defeated. The land is mostly rough, swamp, lava and dirt, with about 12 percent water. Notable features include 13 towns, 66 mines, 14 creature banks, and many wandering elemental stacks, along with a Celestial Necklace of Bliss placed among a range of artifacts.
