The avenging! — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
The Avenging! is a medium underground map of 72 by 72 tiles for Shadow of Death, built for six players, with only one human seat and five computer-controlled colors. The three teams are Red, Blue, Green, Purple, Teal, and Pink, with the factions split between Stronghold, Necropolis, Dungeon, Tower, and Castle. The difficulty is set to Impossible. Victory requires defeating every enemy, and a player loses once all towns and heroes are gone. The terrain is mostly dirt, with roughly a quarter water and sand and some rock. Notable features include 22 towns, 16 heroes, a Grail, six named artifacts such as Titan's Thunder, and several creature banks, dragons, and golems roaming the map.
