Страх (Р) — SoD

Страх (Р) is an extra large underground map, 144 by 144 tiles, built for eight players, all of whom can be human, with no teams and no computer-only colors. The author's note speaks of a fear of coming battles and a long journey taken with courage. Each player leads a different start: Inferno, Rampart (two players), Tower, Necropolis, Castle, Fortress, and Conflux, so the mix is broad. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once all their towns and heroes are gone. The land is mostly rock, subterranean ground, snow and grass, with no water. Sixteen towns are spread across the map, guarded by wandering monsters such as hobgoblins, gremlins and gnolls, and dwellings offering angels, unicorns, giants and liches. Artifacts such as the Helm of the Alabaster Unicorn and the Cape of Conjuring are placed around the map, alongside many mines, seer huts and creature banks.
