L'antre de Kazgoroth — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
This extra large 144 by 144 map includes an underground level and is set on an archipelago of the Moonshaes, where rival factions compete for control and the goal is to destroy the lair of Kazgoroth. Eight players occupy six teams, with up to five human participants and the Purple, Teal and Pink colors controlled by the computer. The factions include Castle, Tower, Rampart, Dungeon, Stronghold, Necropolis, Fortress and Inferno, with some colors mixing several towns. Victory requires defeating one specific hero, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Water covers about 28 percent of the map and rock is the largest share. Notable finds include the Grail, the Crown of the Supreme Magi, and the Endless Purse of Gold, along with 132 mines and 31 towns.
