Gnollandia — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Gnollandia is a large two-level map of 108 by 108 tiles, built for five players, with two human seats and three computer-only colors. The author's description tells of pixies and sprites rebelling against a peaceful gnoll land, with Queen Mirabella leading the gnolls against the pixie leader, the sorceress Izabella. Red and Blue, both Fortress, form one team against the Conflux-aligned Orange, Purple and Pink. Victory requires defeating one specific hero, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Terrain is mostly rock, snow, swamp and water. Players will find eleven towns, six heroes, and wandering pixies, sprites and black dragons, along with the Grail and a number of named artifacts such as the Endless Sack of Gold.
