ARMAGEDDON — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
ARMAGEDDON is an extra-large underground map of 144 by 144 tiles for Restoration of Erathia, rated Expert, with no named author. Eight colors take part, six of them can be human, and two (Teal and Pink) are reserved for computer players. The players split into three teams and each color fields a different town type: Tower, Rampart, Castle, Inferno, Necropolis, Dungeon, Stronghold, and Fortress. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once every town and hero is gone. Rock, grass, snow and lava make up most of the ground, with a little water. The map holds 36 towns and dozens of wandering armies, including Gold Golems and Fire Elementals, plus the Grail, the Legion armor set, and fifty-seven random artifacts.
