Wizard Blizzard — RoE

Wizard Blizzard is a large 108 by 108 surface map for Restoration of Erathia, rated hard. Its premise is that northern wizards have turned greedy and evil, freezing the northern half of the continent into hard-to-reach winter lands. Four players form two teams, with up to two human participants. The Castle and Rampart players are allied against two computer-controlled Tower players. Snow covers about 36 percent of the land and water about 35 percent. The map holds 12 towns, 4 starting heroes, 50 mines, and 80 random monster stacks, plus placed artifacts such as the Boots of Speed and the Golden Bow. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a side loses once it has no towns or heroes left.
