Wgłębienie — HotA 1.7.2+
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Wgłębienie is a medium 72 by 72 underground map for Horn of the Abyss, playable by up to four human players with no teams. The four players take Cove, Dungeon, Tower, or Rampart. The backstory involves sorcerers who built a secret city underground, grew careless, and saw their own creatures rebel against them. Victory requires capturing a specific town, while a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The map holds eight towns, 97 mines, and ten creature banks, with rock, water, and subterranean terrain covering most of the land. Wandering stacks include Minotaur Kings, Naga Queens, and Evil Eyes, and artifacts such as Armageddon's Blade and Cards of Prophecy are scattered about.
