Vulcanian Archipeligo is an extra large 144 by 144 map for Restoration of Erathia, played on underground levels at a hard difficulty. Seven players share the world, with one human seat and the rest controlled by the computer, arranged into four teams. The factions are Stronghold, Castle, Rampart, Inferno, Tower, Necropolis and Fortress. Rock, water, subterranean ground and lava make up most of the terrain, and a wide swamp belt crosses the middle of the world. Victory requires carrying the Grail to an Inferno town, and a player is defeated after losing every town and hero. Sixteen towns, 96 mines, 62 creature banks and ten monoliths and portals fill the land, along with wandering monsters such as Ogre Mages and Ancient Behemoths.

Author's description

To win you must find the Grail and take it to the Inferno of Grailholme. In a land with a vast swamp girdling the Equator of the planet, you and your far flung ally must search long and hard for the Holy Grail.
