Underground Rebellion is an Extra Large 144 by 144 map for Shadow of Death with an underground level, played at Impossible difficulty. Seven colors take part, though only two can be human players, with the other five left to the computer. The two teams are formed from the seven colors, and victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player loses once all towns and heroes are gone. Factions vary by color, and the map includes Castle, Rampart, Tower, Necropolis, Dungeon, Inferno, Stronghold, Fortress and Conflux. Rock and subterranean ground make up most of the terrain, with water covering a smaller share. The map holds 37 towns, 12 heroes, and a Grail, along with many mines, creature banks, and wandering monsters such as dragons and hydras.
