Treasure Quest — RoE

Treasure Quest is a medium-sized underground map of 72 by 72 tiles for three players, with no teams and no computer-only colors, so all three seats can be human. Players take Rampart, Stronghold and Castle, and the goal is to be the first to gather 1,000,000 gold. A player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The land is mostly rock and water, with roughly 30 percent covered by water. The map contains three towns, a Grail, six seer huts, two creature banks, 30 mines and 24 monoliths and portals. Guarded hordes of Arch Devils and other strong wandering monsters, plus Gold Golems and Diamond Golems, stand in the way of the riches, and several artifacts such as the Endless Bag of Gold and the Endless Purse of Gold are placed around the map. The map is rated Hard.
