Too Many Wings — SoD

Too Many Wings is a medium 72 by 72 map with an underground level, set on Impossible difficulty. It supports five players, with four seats open to humans and the Pink player controlled only by the computer. There are no fixed teams. Red, Tan, Orange and Teal play Castle, while Pink plays Rampart. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses once all their towns and heroes are gone. The author's note says the map has nothing unusual about it and that the winged creatures could have been a little less common, but since that cannot be changed, they should be put to good use. Winged wanderers such as Griffins and Royal Griffins roam the land, alongside placed artifacts, nineteen mines, eight creature banks and four monoliths or portals. Rock and grass are the main land types, and water covers about 18 percent of the terrain.
