The sword of dissension — AB
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
The Sword of Dissension is a hard Armageddon's Blade map on a large 108 by 108 underground level, designed for up to eight players, with at most three human seats and five computer-controlled colors. There are no fixed teams. Tan plays Conflux, Green Fortress, Orange Necropolis, Purple Dungeon, Teal Tower and Pink Inferno, while Red and Blue receive random factions. Victory comes from defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero. The author describes a story in which the pursuit of Armageddon's Blade shatters a delicate peace, and asks that movement spells such as Town Portal be unavailable. Rock, water and subterranean terrain cover most of the map. Notable features include 20 towns, 17 monoliths and portals, 49 mines, and many placed artifacts, among them the Armageddon's Blade itself.
