The Scavenger Hunt — AB
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
The Scavenger Hunt is a small single-player map for Armageddon's Blade, set on a 36 by 36 board with an underground level. The author's description frames it as a contest for the land of Harmondale in Erathia, won by completing the challenge. One player, the Blue side with a Castle faction, takes on the map at Normal difficulty, with no teams and no computer opponents. Rock, grass, and water make up most of the surface, with a smaller share of subterranean ground. Two towns sit on the map, and the hero starts with the aim of capturing one specific town. Losing a particular hero ends the game. Notable finds include a quest guard, a creature bank, three seer huts, eight monoliths and portals, and eleven artifacts, among them the Titan's Gladius and the Sword of Hellfire. Wandering monsters range from peasants to a Rust Dragon.
