The Floating Continent — RoE

The Floating Continent is a medium underground map of 72 by 72 tiles, set in the Restoration of Erathia version of the game. Its central goal is to take an old city in the underworld, and the author suggests playing either as the evil or the good side. The map is built for three colors, with Purple run by the computer and facing a Necropolis, while Red and Teal begin with random factions. Two players can be human, and the difficulty is set to expert. Victory comes from capturing one specific town, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Water covers about a third of the land, with grass and rough ground making up much of the rest. Scattered across the map are wandering undead stacks, dwellings holding elementals and dragons, two placed artifacts, and the Grail.
