The Fae Ring — AB
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
The Fae Ring is an extra-large Armageddon's Blade map of 144 by 144 tiles, with an underground level included. It is set for five players, though only one can be human, with the other four computer-controlled in red, blue, tan, and green. Players form four teams, and the factions include Tower, Conflux, Necropolis, Rampart, and a purple player with Castle and Rampart. The map is played at normal difficulty. Victory requires acquiring a specific artifact, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Rock covers most of the land, with water, sand, and dirt making up the rest. Among the notable features are the Grail, sixteen towns, seventeen random artifacts, and a set of named artifacts, along with dwellings holding creatures such as dragons, golems, and genies.
