The Dark Forest — AB

The Dark Forest is an extra large Armageddon's Blade map of 144 by 144 tiles, played on grass alone and including an underground level. It supports eight players, all of whom may be human, with no teams and no computer-only colors. Every player starts with a random faction, and the victory goal is to defeat all enemies, while a player loses when all of their towns and heroes are gone. The map holds 24 towns and two starting heroes, with two Faerie Dragon stacks wandering the land. Players will find roughly a thousand random monster stacks, 188 creature banks, 135 mines, eight seer huts, and 134 random artifacts, along with the Grail. Dwellings house Faerie Dragons, Enchanters, Sharpshooters, Halflings, Boars, Rogues, and Trolls.
