Seasons in the Abyss — RoE

Seasons in the Abyss is a medium 72x72 underground map for four players in two teams, with up to four human participants and no computer-only colors. Each player starts with a random faction, and the map plays at Normal difficulty on the Restoration of Erathia version. Its terrain is mostly grass and subterranean ground, with some swamp and dirt and a small share of water. Victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The map holds nine towns and seven pre-placed heroes, along with wandering dragons, a Titan, a Behemoth and an Arch Devil, plus elemental dwellings, mines, seer huts and creature banks. Several named artifacts, including Boots of Speed and the three elemental tomes, are scattered around, and some towns are locked until they are earned.
