Search for Theo — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Search for Theo is a large surface map measuring 108 by 108 tiles, set on Hard difficulty. It continues the earlier quest about Theo: after he conquers Lava Castle, he is captured and imprisoned, and the player must set out to free him. Four players take part, but only one slot can be human; the other three are computer-controlled. There are no teams. Red plays Rampart, Blue and Green play Fortress, and Purple plays Tower. Victory requires defeating a particular monster, while losing a specific hero ends the game. Swamp covers most of the land, with water, snow and grass making up the rest. Ten towns, 31 mines, four creature banks and two monoliths or portals lie across the map, along with the Bow of Elven Cherrywood, the Dragon Scale Shield and the Dragonbone Greaves.
