Schnitzeljagd — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Schnitzeljagd is a medium underground-capable map of 72 by 72 tiles for two players, with each side able to be controlled by a human and no computer-only colors or teams. Players start with random factions on a landscape of rock, grass, water and sand, with water covering about a fifth of the surface. The author's description says the goal is to uncover hidden obelisks across the map and then carry the Grail to one's town. Victory requires building a Grail structure, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Expect wandering Battle Dwarves, a Lich, an Ancient Behemoth and an Archangel, along with four towns, sixteen mines, ten monoliths and portals, and a creature bank. Dragon Wing Tabard and Sea Captain's Hat are placed artifacts.
