Written from the facts in this map's file
Ransom - Only the Strong ! is an Extra Large 144 by 144 Expert map for Restoration of Erathia, with an underground level and water covering about 53 percent of its surface. Seven players start on it, two of them human and five computer-controlled. Red and Blue are allied against Tan and Green, while Orange, Purple and Teal fight alone. The factions include Rampart, Castle, Necropolis, Fortress, Inferno and Tower, and Orange controls both Stronghold and Fortress. Victory requires destroying every enemy, and a player loses when all towns and heroes are gone. The map holds 20 towns, 69 mines, 17 creature banks and the Grail, plus artifacts such as the Golden Bow. The author recommends starting with Rampart.
