Power of the Artifact — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Power of the Artifact is a large 108 by 108 map for Shadow of Death, with an underground level and expert difficulty. Four players take part, but only one can be human, and the other three seats are computer-controlled with no teams. Red plays Castle, Blue plays Inferno, Tan plays Dungeon, and Green plays Necropolis. Victory requires defeating every enemy, while a player loses after losing all towns and heroes. Water is scarce, and the terrain is mostly dirt, swamp, rough ground and lava. The map holds 17 towns and seven heroes, and its artifacts include Armageddon's Blade and the Crown of the Supreme Magi. Six wandering Black Dragon stacks roam the land.
