Now or Never is a medium 72x72 underground map for Restoration of Erathia, set for eight players at Normal difficulty, with up to seven humans and one computer-only Tan player. Teams are split into seven groups. Each color fields a different town type: Castle, Rampart, Dungeon, Inferno, Necropolis, Fortress, Stronghold and Tower. The author describes eight nations going to war under the underworld emperor Kreegan, who aims to clear the world of its inhabitants. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Rock covers about 41 percent of the terrain and water about 15 percent. Ten towns, 35 mines and four creature banks are scattered across the map, along with ten random artifacts and several placed relics such as the Sword of Hellfire and Titan's Cuirass. Wandering monsters include centaurs, naga queens and magogs.
