nolimit — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Nolimit is an Extra Large 144 by 144 map for Shadow of Death, and it includes an underground level. No author name is credited, and the stated goal is simply to destroy every enemy. Eight players share the map, but only one seat is human, and the other seven colors are computer-controlled at Impossible difficulty. There are no teams. The factions are Inferno, Castle, Dungeon, Rampart, Necropolis, Tower, and two Fortress players. Victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player loses if a specific hero is killed. Grass, lava, rough ground, and swamp cover most of the terrain, with very little water. The map holds eight towns, nine heroes, 116 mines, 49 creature banks, and 16 monoliths and portals, along with wandering Azure and Crystal Dragons and many placed artifacts.
