Neznaika's great-grandfather — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
This medium-sized surface map, 72 by 72 tiles, is a fairy-tale style adventure built around exploring and collecting, and the author suggests it suits beginners and families playing together. Seven players take part, with one human seat and six computer-controlled colors, arranged into two teams. The factions are Tower, Castle, Stronghold, Rampart, Dungeon, Conflux, and Fortress. Terrain is mostly rough, snow, and sand, with about 16 percent water. The map includes a Grail, 12 seer huts, 30 quest guards, and 21 monoliths and portals, along with artifacts such as Armageddon's Blade and Angelic Alliance. Victory requires building a Grail structure, and a player loses if a specific hero is defeated.
