Necromancers Revenge is a large underground map measuring 108 by 108, played on Normal difficulty in the Restoration of Erathia setting. Its premise is that a former Necromancer realm was seized by neighboring rulers and is now being reclaimed on behalf of the Guild. Four players take part, with one human seat and three computer-controlled opponents, and there are no teams. The Castle, Tower, Fortress and Necropolis factions are all represented. Rock covers much of the terrain, with grass, water and lava also present. The map holds 12 towns, 62 mines, and 10 monoliths and portals, along with the Grail and several named artifacts such as the Titan's Cuirass and the Red Dragon Flame Tongue. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses by losing every town and hero.
