Might vs. Magic — WoG
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Might vs. Magic is a medium 72 by 72 map with an underground level, rated expert and built for the In the Wake of Gods version. One human player takes the Conflux side in red, while the computer controls the Stronghold force in blue. There are no teams. The goal is to defeat one specific hero before 140 days pass, and the game is lost if time runs out. The author warns that the balance is lopsided and frames the challenge around a villainous lady and her army. Water covers about 28 percent of the terrain, with grass, snow and sand making up most of the rest. The map contains six towns, sixteen mines, twenty-one creature banks, and several placed artifacts, including the Crown of the Supreme Magi and the Orb of the Firmament.
