Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
This Extra Large underground map for Armageddon's Blade draws on Tolkien's Middle Earth. The player takes on Gandalf and works to bring victory to the Hobbits by pushing deep into Mordor to capture the castle Mordorhome. The 144 by 144 landscape is mostly rock and grass, with some water and dirt, and contains 18 towns and 14 heroes. Eight colors take part, but only one can be human and seven are computer-only. No teams are set. The factions include Dungeon, Stronghold, Tower, Inferno, Necropolis, Rampart and Castle. Wandering Azure Dragons and Wraiths roam the land, and the map holds 77 mines and several artifacts, including Dragon Scale Armor. Victory means capturing a specific town, and losing a specific town ends the game. Difficulty is set to Hard.
