Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
The Search for the Last One is a medium-sized underground map of 72 by 72 tiles for three players, with one human seat and two computer-controlled colors, Blue and Tan. Teams are not used. The description says a flood has caused great suffering, and the player turns the resulting public anger against a long-time enemy. Red and Blue play as Rampart, Tower, Stronghold, or Fortress, while Tan plays Necropolis or Dungeon. Rock covers about 40 percent of the terrain and water about 29 percent. The map has seven towns and four heroes. Wandering Red Dragons and Troglodytes are the most common threats, and dwellings hold Angels and an Azure Dragon. Artifacts such as the Titan's Gladius and the Sword of Judgement are placed across the map. Victory requires defeating one specific hero, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes.
