The Real Skeleton Invasion is a medium 72x72 map for In the Wake of Gods, with an underground level and hard difficulty. Seven players compete, up to four of them human, and the other three are computer-controlled. No teams are set, and each player starts with a different faction. There is no necromancer hero, so every side begins on equal footing. Water covers 44 percent of the surface, and dirt and sand fill much of the rest. Victory requires gathering creatures up to a set goal, while losing every town and hero ends a player's run. Finds include 108 mines, 50 monoliths and portals, the Grail, and artifacts such as the Speculum and the Spyglass.
