Labyrinths of Death is an Extra Large underground map for In the Wake of Gods, measuring 144 by 144 tiles. Its author's description suggests that the world belongs to whoever manages to survive it. Eight players share the field, with at most two human participants and six computer-only colors, split into two teams. Factions include Rampart, Necropolis, Inferno, Dungeon, Fortress, Conflux and Stronghold, and the difficulty is set to Impossible. Water covers about a third of the land, with subterranean ground, swamp and grass making up most of the rest, and 35 towns are scattered across it. Wandering Chaos Hydras, Azure Dragons and Naga Queens roam the map, and the Grail is among the placed artifacts. Victory requires defeating every enemy, while a player loses by losing all towns and heroes.
