The Only Dragon is a six-player Extra Large map (144x144) set in the In the Wake of Gods version, with no underground level and an Expert difficulty rating. Its lands belong to dragons, and wicked mages have turned them against each other in a war with no purpose. The story casts the hero as an envoy sent to end the slaughter, with peace going to whoever proves strongest. All six players can be human, with no teams and no computer-only colors. Red, Blue, Tan, and Orange play Dungeon, while Green and Purple play Rampart. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player loses after losing all towns and heroes. Water covers 39 percent of the map. The map holds 32 towns, six wandering Rust Dragon stacks, and dragon dwellings, along with 116 random artifacts and 143 mines.
