"Трудные поиски" (roughly "Difficult Searches") is a medium 72x72 underground map for Shadow of Death, set at Normal difficulty. Four players take part, but only one can be human, and the other three colors (Red, Tan, and Green) are computer-controlled. There are no teams. Red plays Necropolis, Blue plays Castle, Tan holds both Rampart and Inferno, and Green plays Dungeon. Winning requires acquiring a specific artifact, as the author's description suggests, by collecting a sword, a helm, and a shield. A player loses by losing all towns and heroes. The map is about a quarter water and nearly a third rock, with 37 mines, five towns, and the Grail. Wandering Archangels and Wights roam the land, and Angels and Dragons guard their dwellings. Thirteen artifacts are placed, including the Wizard's Well.
