Опоздавшие к лету is a medium-sized underground map for Shadow of Death, measuring 72 by 72 tiles and played across both the surface and the underworld. It supports five players, with four seats open to humans and one held by the computer in purple, and the players are split into three teams. Four colors take a mix of seven towns, with the tan player also gaining Conflux, while the purple player fields only Necropolis. Terrain is mostly snow, with rock and subterranean ground making up the rest. The game is set to impossible difficulty. Victory requires defeating one specific hero, and a player loses once all of their towns and heroes are gone. The map holds eleven towns, thirteen heroes, and 24 scattered artifacts, along with forty mines, six creature banks, and two quest guards. Wandering dragons and elementals roam the land.
