Один против стихии is a small single-player map for Shadow of Death, set on a 36 by 36 underground level at Normal difficulty. The story follows Alistair, a seafarer who goes searching for the Grail, is shipwrecked, and finds himself on unfamiliar land where the Grail may still be found. Water covers about 44 percent of the map, with swamp, grass and lava making up most of the rest. The Red player fields a Castle hero, and there are no teams or computer-only colors. Victory requires finding the Grail and building a Grail structure, and the hero's loss is tied to one specific hero. Three towns, twenty-one creature banks, three seer huts and a set of placed artifacts, including the Sword of Judgement and Titan's Cuirass, are scattered across the land, and the sea is patrolled by many Water Elementals.
