The Purple Tower side is the one a human can take, while the Green Rampart side is computer-controlled. Teams are not used. According to the author's description, a great artifact has been stolen and was last seen deep underground among a group of dragons. Victory requires acquiring that specific artifact, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Rock covers about 39 percent of the map, water about 37 percent, and grass 12 percent. Notable features include twelve Genie stacks, three Green Dragon stacks, ten monoliths and portals, and several placed artifacts, such as the Shield of the Dwarven Lords.
