Земля — SoD
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
Zemlya is an extra large map of 144 by 144 tiles with an underground level, set for Normal difficulty in the Shadow of Death version. Its name means "land," and the author's brief note suggests the goal is to claim the territory for yourself. Six players can take part, all of them human, with no teams and no computer-only colors. Each color starts with a different faction, including Tower, Rampart, Castle, Necropolis, Stronghold, and Dungeon. Rock covers about half the map, water roughly 28 percent, and grass and snow make up the rest. Victory requires defeating all enemies, and a player is eliminated after losing every town and hero. Seventeen towns, eight heroes, 85 mines, and 17 creature banks are spread across the land, with placed artifacts such as Armageddon's Blade and the Cornucopia.
