Five colors take part, but only one seat can be human, and the other four are computer-controlled. Four teams are arranged among the players, who field Inferno, Castle, Stronghold, Fortress, and Dungeon. The story follows a fire lord who has pushed into greener lands, intent on ruling everything, and the player must stop him. Victory requires capturing a specific town, while losing a specific hero ends the game. Water covers 25 percent of the map, and rock, grass, and lava cover much of the remaining ground. Notable features include the Grail, 15 monoliths and portals, and 58 mines.
