Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
This Extra Large map measures 144 by 144 tiles and uses a single underground level. One human player controls the Conflux faction, and no other players share the map. It is rated Hard and is about 55 percent water, with the rest mostly grass, dirt, and swamp. Six towns and six heroes begin the adventure. Victory requires building a Grail structure, and the game ends in defeat if every town and hero is lost. The author describes a maze of fairy-tale levels guarded by cunning, sometimes treacherous monsters that protect valuable treasures and artifacts. The map includes the Grail, many dwellings, numerous mines and creature banks, and artifacts such as Armageddon's Blade. Skeleton Warriors are the most common wandering stacks.
