Boiling Heavens is an underground map for Shadow of Death on a 144 by 144 board, rated Impossible. The description pictures an approaching Armageddon, with earthquakes, tsunamis and volcanic eruptions tearing the world apart and only the strongest realms surviving. Eight players share the map, up to four of them human, with no teams. Four colors get random factions, Orange and Pink play Conflux, Purple plays Inferno, and Teal plays Tower. Water covers about a third of the land, with rock, lava and snow making up most of the rest. Victory requires defeating a specific hero, and the game is lost if time runs out after 336 days. The map holds 25 towns, 17 heroes and the Grail.
