Plохие мечты is a large underground map of 108 by 108 tiles, set on two levels, and is meant for five colors, with four of them controlled by human players and Teal left to the computer. The author describes a city of commerce and politics, where whoever holds the financial center effectively rules the metropolis. Players start as Stronghold, Castle, Dungeon, Inferno and Necropolis, with no fixed teams. Victory requires capturing one specific town, and a player is eliminated after losing all towns and heroes. Rock, water and subterranean ground make up most of the terrain, and water covers about a fifth of it. The map holds 18 towns, 21 starting heroes, 41 mines, 17 creature banks and a Grail, plus many wandering monster stacks.
