All for One is a Medium map measuring 72 by 72 that includes underground levels and is set on Normal difficulty. Three players take part, with up to two human, and the third color is computer-controlled. There are no fixed teams. The story describes three former friends who fall out over dividing a kingdom after the king's death, and the player sets out to prove who was right by defeating them. Every player starts with a random faction. Victory requires defeating all enemies, while a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Water covers about a tenth of the terrain and rock roughly a third. Notable finds include the Emblem of Cognizance, the Sea Captain's Hat, Shackles of War and the Vampire's Cowl, along with 42 random artifacts, 33 mines and eight monoliths and portals.
