Lord of Darkness 2.0 is a revised edition of an earlier map, made for the Restoration of Erathia version of the game with a higher difficulty. This extra large 144 by 144 underground map is rated Expert and supports seven players, with up to two human seats and five computer-only colors. There are no teams. The factions are Rampart, Dungeon, Inferno, Stronghold (used twice), Tower, and Fortress. Rock covers about 38 percent of the terrain, followed by water at 16 percent, grass at 14 percent, and subterranean ground at 12 percent. Players win by defeating all enemies and lose when they have no towns or heroes left. Notable finds include the Grail, the Helm of Chaos, and the Crown of the Supreme Magi, and Chaos Hydras and Dread Knights roam the land.
