Les Avatars (Normal Version) is a Hard, Extra Large 144 by 144 map for Armageddon's Blade, with an underground level. Eight players can take part, up to five of them human, while Green, Teal and Pink are computer-only. There are no teams, and each color uses its own faction: Rampart, Castle, Fortress, Inferno, Stronghold, Tower, Necropolis or Dungeon. The story centers on the Avatars arriving on Trohen to secure their peoples' dominance, while dark powers from the depths stir and the elder gods are seen as the key to victory. A player wins by defeating all enemies and loses by losing all towns and heroes. Notable features include the Grail, 35 towns, 135 mines, 24 creature banks, and artifacts such as the Boots of Speed and the Hellstorm Helmet.
