The author's description is a story about the subterranean karak folk threatening to emerge through a dark gate while rival kings all seek the throne, with the protector Eldar tasked to unite the kingdom of Ornesie and recover the Titan's sword. Players control Castle, while the computer sides field Rampart, Stronghold, Necropolis and Tower. Victory requires defeating one specific hero, and a player loses by losing all towns and heroes. Water covers about 28 percent of the map, with subterranean and rock terrain making up most of the rest. Notable features include four Diamond Golems among the wandering monsters, a Red Dragon, and placed artifacts such as the Titan's Gladius and Titan's Cuirass. Hero levels are capped at 10.
