La Quête du Graal is an extra large underground map of 144 by 144 tiles, rated Impossible. Five players are placed, but only four can be human. The fifth, Pink, is computer-controlled and plays the Dungeon faction, while the other four begin with random factions. There are no teams. Victory requires acquiring one specific artifact, the Grail, which is placed on the map, and a player is defeated after losing all towns and heroes. Rock covers about a third of the terrain and water about 28 percent, with grass and subterranean ground making up the rest. The map holds 29 towns, 131 mines, 15 creature banks, and 10 monoliths and portals, along with wandering Thunderbirds and Ghost Dragons. The author's note warns that speed matters, since the quest shows no mercy.
