La Forteresse du Mal — RoE
Overview
Written from the facts in this map's file
La Forteresse du Mal is an extra large underground map of 144 by 144 tiles for Restoration of Erathia, set at Impossible difficulty for up to three human players and a computer-controlled Necropolis player in red. There are four players in total, with no teams, and each side is assigned a faction: Necropolis for red, and Fortress for tan, orange and pink. The map is built mostly from rock and swamp, with some water and subterranean ground, and it holds 14 towns. Wandering monsters are plentiful, with Skeleton Warriors in the greatest number, alongside Chaos Hydras and Greater Basilisks. Artifacts include a set of Legion pieces, the Titan's Gladius and the Endless Sack of Gold, and the Grail is on the map. A player wins by capturing one specific town and loses by losing all towns and heroes.
